For complaints and disputes we use the independent complaints scheme via Klachtenloket Paramedici and Geschilleninstantie Paramedici, in accordance with the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).
At Motion Lab Fysio we do our best to help you as well as possible. Are you nonetheless dissatisfied with the treatment, communication or way of working? Please discuss this first with your treating physiotherapist. Often we can quickly find a solution together.
If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint in writing to info@motionlabfysio.nl.
If the conversation with your treating physiotherapist does not lead to the desired outcome, you can turn to two independent bodies: Klachtenloket Paramedici (independent complaints officer) and Geschilleninstantie Paramedici (disputes body). These bodies handle your complaint in accordance with the KNGF guideline. Motion Lab Fysio is affiliated with the KNGF complaints scheme.
We respond within the statutory term of 6 weeks. If more time is needed, this term may be extended once by a maximum of 4 weeks.
