Rates 2026
Last updated: 2026-05-21
Below are our rates for 2026. Physiotherapy is exempt from VAT (medical exemption). The amounts shown are final; no VAT is added.
Reimbursement via your health insurance
Physiotherapy is largely covered under supplementary insurance. The amount reimbursed depends on your insurance policy. From the 21st session onwards, for chronic conditions on the chronic list, care falls under the basic package ā note that your statutory deductible may apply.
We recommend reading your policy or contacting your health insurer before your first appointment.
Contracted or not?
Contracting with health insurers for 2026 is still being set up. An up-to-date list of contracted insurers will appear on this page as soon as available.
If your insurer is contracted, we bill them directly. The contracted rate varies per insurer and falls under the conditions of your policy.
If your insurer is not contracted, or if you are a self-payer, the rates from the table below apply.
Rates for self-payers / uncontracted
| Treatment | Rate |
|---|---|
| Regular session physiotherapy (30 min) | ā¬45 |
| Intake and assessment (45ā60 min) | ā¬65 |
| Extended session (45 min) | ā¬67.50 |
| Home visit surcharge | ā¬20āā¬25 |
| No-show / cancellation within 24h | 100% of reserved rate |
What if your insurer is not contracted?
If your health insurer has no contract with us, they generally reimburse only part of the treatment costs ā often around 60ā80% of the so-called 'market-conforming rate' the insurer uses. You are responsible for the difference between our rates and your insurer's reimbursement.
We will inform you clearly about the financial consequences before your first treatment.
Payment
Payment is preferably made directly after the treatment. For self-payers you will receive an invoice that you can submit to your insurer yourself. With direct billing to your insurer you will not receive an invoice, unless there is a personal contribution or non-reimbursed amount.
No hidden costs
You never pay more than agreed in advance. Any additional treatments or surcharges are always discussed with you beforehand.
